By accepting PATTON WATCH terms and conditions, I understand that I am agreeing to the following PATTON WATCH return/exchange/repair policy and warranty terms below. Additionally, I agree to the terms on the FAQs page. PATTON WATCH will accept returns or exchanges for a full refund minus shipping under the following conditions:
All PATTON watches carry a two-year warranty in accordance with the terms on this site’s F.A.Q. page and is valid for the original purchaser only. Opening the watch case and repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized PATTON WATCH Service Facility will void the warranty. A request for a return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of the sales receipt, upon approval of your request you will be given a “Return Authorization” (RA) number which must be written on the outside of the return package. Once you have received the RA number, the package must arrive at our office within 7 days of your receipt of the return approval. Returns without an authorization number from PATTON WATCH will not be accepted.

All merchandise that is returned or exchanged must be received in new, original and unused condition, along with all original manufacturer boxes, manuals, and booklets with packaging and accessories intact. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our returns department. Any watch that is worn, scratched, sized or altered in any way will be denied credit or exchange.

PATTON WATCH reserves the right to reject any damaged or worn returns even if a return authorization number was originally granted. Exchanges or return will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges, towards the selection of another timepiece or refund. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, or you are placing an international order, It might be necessary for us to contact you at the telephone number you have provided for more information. This may cause a delay in your order being shipped. A signature of receipt is required upon delivery of your watch by the courrier service. If you are unable to sign upon delivery, you must then pick up your watch at the shipping facility. If your watch is returned to us, you are responsible for the freight charges.

All international customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. Our shipping charge is for the shipping & handling only and does not cover any taxes or duties imposed. Please be aware that all taxes and duties are your responsibility and must be paid by you to your local customs office upon the arrival of your timepiece. All PATTON WATCH prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Any future promotional emails, that may be sent to you, will be from PATTON WATCH ONLY and will give you the option of being removed from our mailing list at any time. Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase from PATTON WATCH.  All orders are subject to PATTON WATCH review and are not binding on PATTON WATCH until accepted. We may at our discretion refuse to accept your order. After we receive your online purchase order you might receive an automated email from PATTON WATCH confirming receipt. Note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted by PATTON WATCH if you receive a separate order acceptance email. A purchase and sale contract between us is created when we send you a finalized Sales Receipt or Invoice. Any authorized “hold” on your credit card or PayPal account will be released within 3-5 Business days from date of cancellation in the event your purchase order is not accepted
